1. Promoter

The promotion is run by Fourfold Pty Ltd (ABN 46 688 086 991), trading as Pivot Property Buyers, 197 Clovelly Road, Clovelly NSW 2031 (the Promoter).

2. The Challenge

2.1 The Promoter will trade a paperclip through a series of swaps, documented on Instagram at @henry_single (the Challenge).

2.2 The Challenge starts on 27 October 2026. The Promoter may pause trading at times, for example over the holiday period.

2.3 The Promoter will announce the end of the Challenge on @henry_single at least 14 days before it ends. The Challenge will end no later than 1 June 2027.

2.4 There is no guaranteed or minimum prize value. The value of the prize depends on how far the trades go. Any target the Promoter mentions, such as $40,000, is a goal only and not a promise.

3. This is a game of skill

The winner is chosen on merit by the Promoter. Chance plays no part in selecting the winner.

4. Who can enter

4.1 Australian residents aged 18 or over.

4.2 You can’t enter if you are: (a) a director, employee or contractor of the Promoter, or an immediate family member of one; (b) anyone who has traded with the Promoter as part of the Challenge, or an immediate family member of theirs.

4.3 The Promoter may ask for proof of eligibility at any time.

5. How to enter

5.1 Entries open on 27 October 2026. Entries close at the date and time announced by the Promoter on @henry_single, and no later than 11:59pm AEST on 15 June 2027 (the promotion period).

5.2 Stage 1: Register. To register, you must: (a) comment PAPERCLIP (or PAPER CLIP) on any Challenge post on @henry_single; and (b) share a Challenge post to your Instagram story at least once during the promotion period. Keep a record of your story share (a screenshot, or the story in your Instagram archive). You’ll be asked to provide it with your Entry Video. Entrants who can’t provide it are not eligible to win. Following the account is encouraged but not required. Commenting or sharing more than once does not give you extra entries. One entry per person.

5.3 Stage 2: Your story. The Promoter will announce on @henry_single when final submissions open and the deadline to submit, which will be at least 7 days after they open. To complete your entry, send to @henry_single by direct message before the deadline: (a) a video of up to 30 seconds explaining what winning the prize would mean to you (the Entry Video); and (b) your story share screenshot from clause 5.2. Only registered entrants who send both by the deadline are eligible to win.

6. Judging

6.1 The Promoter will shortlist up to ten finalists from the Entry Videos, judged on the strength and sincerity of the entrant’s story.

6.2 Finalists’ Entry Videos may be published and a public vote held. The public vote is one input only. The Promoter selects the winner and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 Anyone who manipulates voting or judging (including fake accounts, bought or automated votes, or misleading information) will be disqualified.

7. The prize

7.1 The prize is cash equal to the sale price of the final item the Promoter holds at the end of the Challenge. The Promoter will sell the final item and cover any selling costs. If the final item can’t reasonably be sold, the Promoter will pay cash equal to its market value as assessed by an independent valuer.

7.2 The prize is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the later of the winner being announced and the sale of the final item settling. It is intended to go toward a property deposit, stamp duty or other purchase costs, but the winner is not required to buy a property within any timeframe, or at all.

7.3 The Promoter may choose to increase the prize at any time, including by guaranteeing a minimum amount. Any increase will be announced on @henry_single. The prize will never be reduced below the value set out in clause 7.1.

7.4 Optional, with no obligation: a negotiation-only buyers agency service from Pivot Property Buyers for one property purchase, where the winner signs a contract to buy within 12 months of being announced as the winner. The fee for this service is 1% of the purchase price (excluding GST). The winner pays nothing for the first $20,000 of that fee. If the fee is more than $20,000, the winner pays the difference plus GST. The winner can decline this service and still receive the full cash prize.

7.5 The prize is a contribution only. The Promoter does not promise it will cover any particular cost in full.

7.6 The winner will be announced on @henry_single no later than 1 July 2027 and contacted by direct message. If the winner can’t be contacted within 14 days, or is ineligible, the Promoter may award the prize to another finalist.

7.7 The prize is not transferable.

8. Tax

The prize may have tax consequences depending on the winner’s circumstances. The Promoter makes no representation that the prize is tax-free. Entrants should get their own advice.

9. Not advice

Nothing in the Challenge or its content is financial, credit, legal or property advice. It is general information only.

10. Publicity and privacy

10.1 By sending an Entry Video, you agree the Promoter may publish it, with your first name, if you are shortlisted.

10.2 The winner agrees to appear in content about the handover.

10.3 Personal information is used only to run this promotion and is handled under the Pivot Property Buyers privacy policy, available at pivotpb.com.au.

11. General

11.1 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.

11.2 The Promoter isn’t responsible for entries or messages lost through technical faults.

11.3 To the extent the law allows, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss arising from the promotion, except liability that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.4 If something outside the Promoter’s control stops the promotion running as planned, the Promoter may change it, but will not reduce the prize below the value in clause 7.1 or delay the announcement beyond 1 July 2027.

11.5 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or enters dishonestly.

11.6 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
