Introduction

At Pivot Property Buyers, our commitment goes beyond helping you find your dream home. We understand the responsibility that comes with our actions, and that includes ensuring we do our part to protect and preserve the planet for future generations. This is why, in partnership with CarbonInvoice, we have carefully measured our carbon footprint and are actively working to reduce and offset our emissions.

Sustainability and business go hand in hand. As part of our mission to operate in an environmentally conscious way, we are not only implementing internal initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint but also taking meaningful steps to offset our emissions. One of the key ways we do this is by funding the planting of native trees. By planting trees in strategic locations, we are not only compensating for the carbon emissions generated but also enhancing biodiversity, supporting the regeneration of local ecosystems, and creating a positive, lasting impact on the environment.

In partnership with CarbonInvoice, we have calculated our average carbon footprint, and based on this, we are proud to say that we will fund the planting of over 90 native trees every month. These trees will be planted in the Big Scrub region of Northern New South Wales – a biodiverse area that is an important focus for conservation efforts. Rather than planting trees overseas, we are focused on supporting local environments and ecosystems in Australia, making our contribution to sustainability even more impactful.

Where are the Trees Being Planted?
We provide you the opportunity to choose where your contribution goes, giving you a direct impact on the communities and ecosystems you care about. You can select from several planting locations, knowing that each tree will be planted in an area of significance to biodiversity and local conservation efforts.

Northern New South Wales – Big Scrub Region
This unique and vital region is home to a rich and diverse ecosystem that needs continued restoration efforts. By planting trees here, we are contributing to the regeneration of vital native forests, supporting local wildlife, and combating the impacts of climate change on this delicate environment. At Pivot Property Buyers, we believe that the future of property investment and home ownership should be as sustainable as it is rewarding. By supporting local environmental initiatives like tree planting, we are not only helping to build your future home but also ensuring that future generations have a planet worth living on. Together, we can take steps towards a more sustainable and harmonious world.
